Cancellation Policy
The student may cancel the session by giving at least 24 hours advance notice. In this case, the student may either choose a refund; (however, there is a 5% non-refundable processing fee for each payment) or a make-up session.
Sessions not attended by the student without giving 24 hours prior notice to the tutor will be charged at the total rate.
